Salam perjuangan,
Apa khabar? I sincerely hope this entry finds you in the best of physical and mental health, regardless of our political difference, if there’s any.
I’m sorry for my relatively long absence. Lots of exciting things happened over these past few weeks that have kept me away from the internet world, hence the lack of update to this fotopages.
Here are some of the photos I took during the Election Day last week. The person in the photo by the way is Mr Azmin Ali, the winning candidate for Parlimen Gombak.

Sekitar majlis perkahwinan Nazim

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera.
Semalam saya telah menghadirkan diri ke majlis rakan university saya, encik Nazim Che Seman di Bangi. Saya telah ke sana bersama M, Din dan Bijan. Saya merasa sangat seronok kerana dapat berjumpa rakan2 yang telah lama tidak berjumpa seperti Amir, Budi, Adli, Dobi, Krol, Pudin dan Aida. Abg Hamdan, Kak Dayang dan anak2 turut hadir bagi memeriahkan suasana
Ucapan tahniah dan terimakasih diucapkan ke atas pasangan mempelai, Nazim dan Atiqah. Semoga berkekalan hingga ke syurga Ilahi saya doakan.

Salam guys, how’s it goin? Hope you manage to live in prosper without much distractions from the emerging controversial videos these days.
Anyway, here are some of my shots during my very recent activity in Lumut which was the Outward Bound School or simply known as the OBS. A bit lazy to describe what OBS is so I recommend you to google for further information.
More photos available in my Flickr as uploading 100 plus photos in fotopages can be numbingly slow and unbearable. Feel free to visit my flickr site and I do hope you like the photos. The photo quality may vary from one monitor to another as these photos were edited from my mum’s laptop which I didn’t know how to calibrate beforehand. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoy waking up to a cup of coffee in the morning.

Menziarah Kubur Nenek saya

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera, dear visitors.
How u doin? Hope you're in the pink of health, insyallah.
You see, i spent last weekend on a trip to alor star with my mamanda and papanda to fulfill two wedding invitations there. More importantly (for me at least), i went there because i wanna ziarah my late grandma's cemetery, who had passed away a couple months ago while i was in new zealand.
She's buried next to my grandad, whose cemetery is located next to his late father.
We do the usual stuff over there, praying and reciting yasin, under the scorching morning sun enriched with vitamin D. Semoga doa kami diterima Tuhan nan Esa, Insyalah.
Here are some of the photos i took during and after reciting yasin.
Till then, folks. Dont forget to be grateful and really2x count our blessings before we start complaining.
Blessing ain't only in how much money we have, it's also in the love of a family, in the smile of a baby who touches our faces, it even in the last pinch of toothpaste that we manage to squeeze out from the already depleted pack this morning.
So really, just close our eyes for a moment and think of those worse off before we even say shites like 'my life sucks!', 'the govt doesn't do enough!' and any other type of rantings.

Here are some of the photos i took during the function a day after my sister's akad nikah at Dewan Gemala Sari, Dewan Risda.
I didnt take a lot of photos as i was busy entertaining the guests and when i was a little free, i took photos just for the sake of it. In other words, i didn't really try to have 'pretty' and well-composed photos, i just merely shooting for memories. Make sense i hope.

Majlis Pernikahan kakanda saya

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera.
Saya kini berada di bumi Malaysia yang tercinta. Walaupun saya tidak pasti kepada siapa saya perlu memohon maaf, saya pinta jua lah kemaafan kerna sudah lama tidak mengemaskini laman gambar saya ini. Bukan apa, saya tiada perisian Adobe Photoshop di dalam komputer rumah saya ini, jadi saya perlu ke rumah rakan saya untuk meminjam perisian tersebut. Dicampur dengan faktor sikap suka menangguh kerja saya, semua ini mengambil masa yang agak lama jadi saya harap anda dapat memahami.
Untuk pengetahuan anda, saya telah pulang ke Malaysia pada 5 December lalu untuk menghadiri majlis perkahwinan kakanda sulung saya pada 7 December. Alhamdulilah majlis berjalan dengan lancar dan pasangan mempelai sudah pun bahagia berdua-duaan secara sendirian. Doakan lah agar mereka bahagia hingga ke anak cucu.
Ini ada sedikit gambar pada malam pernikahan kakak saya, Shuhda Silmi dan abang ipar saya yang saya masih malu-malu untuk berkelakuan tidak senonoh di depannya, Abang Hilmi pada 7 December lalu. Saya akan cuba untuk memaparkan gambar-gambar pada majlis makan-makan keesokan harinya di dewan Risda dengan kadar yang segera.
Jaga diri dan jangan lupa untuk menyiasat maklumat yang anda baca/tonton di media utama, ya. Bak kata orang Inggeris,' there are always two sides to a story'.

Salam, all.

Paintball at TopGun.

Greetings, dear visitor(s).
So, how did you spend your 3rd Saturday of November 2007?
I went paintballing with some friends of mine at this really cool place which i cant really recall its name precisely, i'm sorry.
Well i wasn't there to paintball to be honest as i was looking forward to the bbq after the paintballing but mr organiser said the bbq would be held at the paintball place so i have to come along and follow where the marinated chickens go.
As i didn't wanna be in charge of barbequeing all the chicks while the lots went paintballing, i decided to bring my camera along and for once pretending to be a 'war photographer' (konon2 je) ..haha.
It was really cool actually. I tried my best to be at the right place at the right time, shoot as much moments as possible and really try to produce good images while avoiding the bullets front and back. Cool. Very cool indeed.
Technically speaking, i shoot everything in raw and have decided 'cloudy' is the white balance for all the shots. Some photos are a wee bit goldish i know but these are the best i could do under the very sunny day situation. Am prepared for any constructive comments. Oh ya, i used 24-70 mm lens, my friends. I shoot everything in the middle of the battle field, not just by standing at the side

Moeraki Boulders

Apa kabar? Harap sihat2 saja.
Went to Dunedin last weekend to accompany Kakok for her flat hunting there. Just me and her at first but then her two other friends, Adnin and Zaleha wanna go too. the more the merrier i suppose. But it would be merrier if there were more thorns among these three roses. The thorn got pretty lonely sometimes.Hoho.
So four of us had the opportunity to stop at this one place to see Moeraki Boulders. Been hearing about this place since 2 years ago and finally got a chance to see it. As the name suggest, it's basically consists of rocks/boulders on the beach. If you wanna know how these rocks were formed etc, feel free to google. I'm no geologist so i cant really explain it to ya, sorry.
anyway, here are some photos i took. check em out:

i really like this last one. i shot it (with tripod) in raw format and adjusted the white balance to tungsten, which really enhanced the blue colour. You like?
